Furnished Double Room in St Annes (875 bills inc)

I am looking for a new flatmate to rent out a double room in a nicely furnished 2 bed Maisonette. My current flatmate is moving to London so I'm looking for a fun, tidy and friendly housemate to move in!

I purchased the property a year ago and have been renting out the spare room to my friends over the last year. Unfortunately my friends have decided to move to London (why would you ever leave Bristol?) so am looking for a fitting replacement as a tenant but also a new friend!

About me: I have lived in Bristol for around 8 years now and enjoy all things sport and music related (football, padel, badminton, hiking etc). I work fulltime at PwC and will often be away for work during the week. I'm looking for someone who is tidy/house proud, easy to get on with, relaxed but also keen for a spontaneous trip to the pub/club.

Please note: The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. The room will also come with it's own bathroom (although not an en-suite).

The maisonette has been fully furnished and is situated in a quiet area of Brislington and offers great transport links into central Bristol (only 10 minutes from Temple Meads). There are also a variety of local shops and pubs within walking distance. The maisonette also comes with free parking.
