We are looking for a lodger to rent a lovely 1st floor double bedroom in our large Victorian terrace in St Annes, Bristol.
The room is spacious, light and airy with a huge double-glazed window. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser with bureau desk, chair and bedside table.

We've recently renovated the beautiful extended kitchen which opens onto a sunny garden. You'll also have use of a newly-fitted shared bathroom and separate downstairs WC, plus spacious open-plan shared lounge and dining room. There is free on street parking.

Bills and council tax are included, as well as wifi, TV licence and cleaning products/loo roll etc.

About St Annes:

We live in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood which is within walking distance to Bristol Temple Meads and the city centre. We are lucky to have nature reserves on our doorstep and nearby riverside walks and beauty spots. There is easy access to local amenities and high streets including Church Road and Sandy Park Road.

About us:

We are a friendly, professional couple with busy jobs and social lives. Rhi is a ceramic artist and tutor who mostly works from her studio in central Bristol. Chris is a software developer and music nerd who works from home 3 days per week. We enjoy food, music, arts and games, as well as spending time in nature. We have a lovable and mischievous cat called Stanley.

Who we're looking for:

Our household is pretty quiet and peaceful and would suit a working professional who is ideally looking for a base whilst working in the area. We would also consider mature students and are open to both shorter and longer term arrangements. Must be okay with cats!
