Spacious, furnished double room - inc. bills

About the house:
Furnished double room available including double bed, small built in wardrobe and kallax as seen in photos. All bills included.

Shared upstairs shower bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living space and garden (pictured). There is also our bedroom and a third room which is our office/guest bedroom.

Location: a corner shop, post office, Italian and Chinese are at the end of the road. 10-15 min walk to a friendly local pub, Co-Op and large Sainsbury's. Local park, river walks and St Anne's/Nightingale Valley Wood. 20 minute walk to Brislington and 25 minutes to St George high streets.

We mainly cycle to get about - 15 minutes to Bristol Temple Meads and 20 minutes to most places around the centre - but there is also parking for one car at the house, free parking on the road and a bus stop at the end of the road.

Looking for:
Ideally looking for a lodger (single or couple) who is up for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We enjoy a natter, shared meals, TV series etc. but also respect the need for your own space. Guests are very welcome over and there's the spare bed if someone occasionally needs to stay a night or two.

Apologies, but no pets due to our cat Bagheera (she's become a bit of an 'only cat'!).

We also only cook vegetarian in the house and would really appreciate if you could either do the same or be respectful of when and how you cook meat.

About Us:
We are Jamie and Immi and are a couple who own the house (as of quite recently!), along with our cat, Bagheera. We have lived for a couple of years before this in shared housing and enjoy the community feel.

We both work in the public sector - Immi as a trainee psychologist in the NHS and Jamie as a civil servant - so out 9-5 but each have 1-2 days work from home a week. Around that, we enjoy comedy and music gigs, good food and shared meals, games and the outdoors - sea or mountains in particular! Immi runs a weekly yoga class and Jamie is part of a Buddhist centre.
