I am looking to rent out my beautifully peaceful 2 bedroom ground floor flat in St. Anne's. It is a perfect space for a couple, or an individual who is looking to live independently. I would like to be able to offer the whole flat to an individual for £1000pcm and £1200pcm to couples. The bills cost around £215 per month currently and the flat is available from the beginning of May.

Bills paid direct to landlord: council tax and water. Bills to be set up by tenant: utilities and internet.

It is a spacious flat with a huge garden which I don't think the pictures quite do justice! The flat does not overlook the road which is why it is so peaceful. It is in a green part of the city, but a 10 minute drive or 20 minute cycle from the centre and Church road in St George. It is also on the no.5 bus route and has Teir bike/scooter stops very close to the flat too. There is plenty of space for parking on the road.

I am searching for people I can trust with my home and those who don't mind some of my furnishings and belongings remaining. I hope to carry out the viewings in person, so we can meet.
