Good sized double bedroom available in Totterdown

Hi all, we're looking for a sociable housemate to join us (Dom and Nat, both early 30s) in a lovely 3 bedroom house in Totterdown, around 10 minutes walk from Temple Meads station and 15/20 minutes walk from King street/Broadmead. The room is a good sized double bedroom with a garden view (we have a nice 2-tier garden) and the house has free on-street parking available. Rent is £660/month including all bills (Elec, water, broadband, council tax etc.). Comes furnished but if you've got your own furniture I can move out what's in place.
We're fairly outgoing, active and sociable. Ideally looking for someone with a similar outlook.
Nat has a small dog, Woody, who's very friendly and mainly keeps to her room.
The room itself is available from late April/Early May.
