- 9 min walk from Wells Road where you will find great award-winning cafes and restaurants. There is a local Co-op, and it's a 3 minute walk to Tesco Express.
- The Wells Road is a main route with many buses to the centre and Temple Meads Station.

- One parking space, and unrestricted on-street parking. The garden has a secure bike store.
- ALL BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX INCLUDED. This covers broadband, cleaners, gardeners, heating and water bills, etc.
