The kitchen has 2 fridge freezers, plenty of cupboards and an additional pantry to ensure there is ample storage space. Also a dishwasher for easier cleaning up - very important in a co-living house!

A cleaner is provided once a fortnight for all communal areas, including bathrooms, and we provide a gardener.

- Just around the corner from Redcatch park.
- 9 min walk from Wells Road where you will find great award-winning cafes and restaurants. There is a local Co-op, and it's a 3 minute walk to Tesco Express.
- The Wells Road is a main route with many buses to the centre and Temple Meads Station.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- One parking space, and unrestricted on-street parking. The garden has a secure bike store.
- ALL BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX INCLUDED. This covers broadband, cleaners, gardeners, heating and water bills, etc.
-The property is managed directly by the landlord instead of an agent, so tenants will receive a better, faster level of service. The landlord, Chris, is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association.
- This is not a party house; we're conscious that everyone feels pressured occasionally, so it's essential that you can look forward to returning home to relax and wind down. Our role is to create an environment that makes this happen. Co-living is so much more than a furnished room.

- Please note there is a £ 500 deposit and one month rent in advance; there are no setup fees. There is a £ 150 reservation fee (deductible from the first month's rent)
