Clean double room in Totterdown, week days only

The room is available week days only (Sunday - Thursday nights). The room is not available at weekends!

We are looking for another lodger for our second double room. You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with our other lovely lodger.

Our house is in Totterdown, 20 mins walk from Temple Meads train station and 30 mins from Bristol city centre.

We live on the middle and top floor of the house, and our two bedrooms for lodgers are downstairs. There is a very good shower, toilet, basic kitchen and access to the garden. You will share the shower, toilet and kitchen with the other lodger.

The bed is king size and there's a desk and chair in the room and fast WiFi.

There is no living room. The kitchen is quite simple with a small induction hob and combi microwave oven.

There's free on street parking. There are narrow stairs so it won't suit someone with limited mobility.

We are looking for someone friendly and considerate, who will be usually out at work during the day. We sometimes have a chat in the evening but we don't hang out together, so this isn't for someone looking for a social house share.

You can leave some things in the cupboard over the weekend, but the room must be left clear.

The rent includes all bills and clean sheets and towel each week.
