Cosy room in Totterdown, Mon-Fri only

We are looking for someone to stay Mon-Fri in our lovely bright double room. You’ll share a kitchen and bathroom with another lodger. Our house is in Totterdown, 20 mins walk from Temple Meads train station and 30 mins from Bristol city centre.

The room is available Monday-Friday only.

We live on the middle and top floor of the house, and our two bedrooms for lodgers are downstairs. There is a very good shower, toilet, basic kitchen and access to the garden. You will share the shower, toilet and kitchen with another lodger. The bed is king size and there's a desk in the room.

There is no living room. The kitchen is quite basic, so it won't suit someone who loves cooking. There's free on street parking. There are narrow stairs so it won't suit someone with limited mobility.

We are looking for someone friendly and considerate, who will be mostly out at work during the day. We sometimes have a chat in the evening but we don't hang out together, so this isn't for someone looking for housemates. No couples or friends staying the night.

We are looking for someone to stay Mon-Fri, but we can be flexible about arrival and departure times - but the room is not available on Saturdays. You could arrive on Sunday nights if you need to. You can leave some things in the cupboard over the weekend, but the room must be left completely clear.

For 4 nights a week we charge £500 per month or £125 per week; for 5 nights we charge £600 per month or £140 per week. This includes all bills, fast internet, and clean sheets and towel each week.
