Cosy room in Totterdown

We are looking for someone to stay Mon-Fri in our spare room. We live in a three-story terraced house in Totterdown, 20 mins walk from Temple Meads train station and 30 mins from Bristol city centre.

We live on the middle and top floor of the house, and our two spare rooms are downstairs with a (very good) shower, toilet, basic kitchen and access to the garden. The bed is kingsize and there's a desk in the room. We have a lovely female lodger in one bedroom and you'd be sharing the kitchen, shower and toilet with her. The bedroom looks out onto the garden and catches the evening sun. There is no living room. The kitchen is pretty basic, so it won't suit someone who loves cooking. There's free on street parking. There are narrow stairs so it won't suit someone with limited mobility.

We are looking for someone friendly and considerate, who will be mostly out at work during the day. We sometimes have a chat with guests in the evening but we don't hang out together, so this isn't for someone looking for housemates. No couples or friends staying the night. We will agree a trial period of a month before committing to anything longer term. This would probably suit someone who is working in Bristol and looking for a longer term house.

We are looking for someone to stay Mon-Fri, but we can be flexible about arrival and departure times - but the room is not available on Saturdays. You could arrive on Sunday nights if you need to. You can leave some things in the cupboard over the weekend, but the room must be left completely clear.

For 4 nights a week we charge £500 per month or £120 per week; for 5 nights we charge £600 per month of £150 per week. This includes all bills, fast internet, and a room clean and clean sheets each week.
