Lovely room in friendly house, Totterdown

Hello! We are looking for 1 person to move into our wonderful home on Green Street, Totterdown.

The room available is a spacious room on the ground floor, with a walk-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden. The room comes unfurnished but the leaving tenant is willing to leave the mattress and desk if wanted. This room is available from the 22nd March and the deposit is roughly 5 weeks rent.

The house comes with a great back garden, well stocked kitchen and lovely sitting room. Free parking is available on the street.

Rent does not include bills & council tax band is B.

Remaning housemates, Ellie, John and Mauri enjoy eating together, pub trips and watching films! Although we’re all out a lot so have independent busy lives too :)

As a brief intro about us, Ellie likes having friends over and loves going for a climb. John is into music and pub trips for a pint/to see a gig. Mauri likes a good boogie and making his flatmates learn Spanish.

Females preferred to keep the gender balance in the house.
