There is on street parking close to the house (no permits required). A cleaner also visits communal areas once per fortnight. The Boring Stuff:
The room will be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement with an initial term of 6 months. A reference will be required for which there will be no additional cost.
A holding deposit of £100 is taken to secure the room and refunded on contract signature.
A monthly rent of £850 and a deposit of one month's rent (£850) will be taken at the start of the tenancy. The deposit will be held in the accredited 'My Deposits' scheme.
