Stunning dual aspect room to rent

We are looking to rent a room in our lovely period cottage in Bristol. The room is dual aspect, looks out onto stunning gardens, which you can use, is quiet and peaceful yet 5 mins walk from shops and major bus routes. Feels like you are in the country yet you are in the middle of Bristol! Existing household are easy going and happy and ideally looking for a student or young professional who wants to stay for the rest of the year. We have had Bristol Old Vic and Bristol University students staying with us over the past 5 years and enjoy meeting new people. We are very tidy and considerate of other people and have a chocolate Burmese cat so you would need to like cats and be willing to feed him when we are on holiday! Really fantastic bathroom which you would share with one other person with great power shower. Big kitchen with all facilities and communal sitting room.
