The room is a very good size, with enough space for a king-size bed while still leaving plenty of room, and includes a built-in wardrobe. The room will be furnished before move-in.

I’m a young professional working in aerospace and I’m looking for one clean, respectful and easy-going professional to share the flat with.

It will only be the two of us living in the property, so I’m ideally looking for someone who would use the flat as their main home and prefers a relaxed, tidy and considerate living environment.

The kitchen is currently undergoing renovation and is not yet fully functional. A fridge, microwave and air fryer are available to use in the meantime. The washing machine is also currently unavailable.

The renovation is ongoing and may continue into next year, so I want to be fully transparent about the current setup before arranging a viewing.

The rent is currently reduced to £575 pcm to reflect the renovation. Utilities are included, but a separate monthly contribution towards Council Tax will apply.

Once the renovation is complete and full facilities are available, the rent will be reviewed. The expected rent is currently around £750 pcm, with council tax payable separate, subject to review at that time. Advance notice will be given before any change.
