The property is a 3-bedroom semidetached house in Old Amersham. Currently one occupant (the owner) looking to rent out one of the rooms which has an en-suite.

There is parking on the driveway and a shared kitchen. Other rooms available for use in the house include the utility room, conservatory and dining room. The property is walking distance from the large Tesco. (5 mins) and about 25 minutes walk from Amersham station in the Metropolitan line and Chiltern line. There are also nice chiltern walks around the area.

I work hybrid, so I’m in the office twice a week and work from home the remaining days.
