We're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and welcoming home in a spacious townhouse, just a short walk from the town centre, train station and Morrisons.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly, considerate neighbours, the house offers a peaceful setting while still being close to everything you need. With all bills included, super fast WiFi, plenty of off-street parking, a bathroom shared with just one other person, and a relaxed atmosphere, we're hoping to find someone who'd like to make this more than just a place to rent.

Ideally situated within walking distance of the town centre, train station and local amenities. Bus stops with excellent local links are just outside, and there's plenty of parking available for both residents and visitors.

The shared areas are fully furnished and offer plenty of room to relax, work or socialise.

You'll share a spacious bathroom, complete with a power shower and heated towel rail, with just one other housemate.

About Us

Carol works in charity administration and enjoys going to the gym, dog walks and zombie films.

Clare is an Occupational Therapist who enjoys running and cooking. She's often away at her partner's, so is typically only home around three evenings a week.

We're an LGBT+, disability and neurodiverse-friendly household and welcome people from all backgrounds.

Pets

We have a small, calm dog and a friendly cat. We're open to considering pets, provided they're a good fit for the household and get along with the existing animals.
