This is a clean carpeted modern double room with a comfortable double bed and mattress on the ground floor of the house. It has plenty of storage in the wardrobe and there is storage in bedside locker, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is additional use of a downstairs cloakroom and utility room fitted with new washing machine and tumble dryer. Shared use of lounge, kitchen and family bathroom on 1st and 2nd floors with one other as this is a 3-storey townhouse. I am looking for a tenant who is friendly, clean and economical and practices common sense when it comes to energy bills as energy bills are included. I do not mind fair use but if. people are wondering around in a vest and. shorts mid-winter with the heating turned up to the max when they should be wearing warm clothing and keeping the heating at a steady 65 degrees Fahrenheit. It is a great house in. an ideal setting with good links to local transport and further afield. I want my tenants to be happy and enjoy their stay here. It is a modern well equipped house and local shops and amenities are a short walk away in Fairford Leys village centre. Shared well equipped kitchen and lounge with SmartTV and excellent high speed Wi-Fi. I do not accept tenants on benefits, couples unless they pay an additional £200pm for the extra person or people who work from home only as they use too much energy, and no pets are allowed. I am looking for tenants who will keep it clean and tidy as if it was their own home. Smokers must only smoke outside and would prefer a non-smoker as a tenant.
