One Double Bedroom Available

Hello,
I am currently looking to rent out a one double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom town house in Berryfields, Aylesbury.

The room that is available is situated on the first floor with a Kingsize bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room will share the main bathroom, with a bath and shower, with another lodger who will be renting the other double room.

All bills are included in the monthly rent (Gas/electric/ water/tv/council tax/Fibre Broadband).

In the Kitchen there is an oven/washing machine/ tumble dryer/dishwasher and microwave with table and chairs. There is also the living room on the ground floor for everyone to use.

There are very good transport links with a bus stop nearby and Aylesbury Parkway Train Station is very close which goes to London Marylebone.

A Refundable advanced rent deposit upfront would secure the room but this will be given back at the end of the agreement term if no damage or missed rent payments have occurred.
