We are a couple with a young baby and are looking for a friendly, clean lodger who would be comfortable living in a quiet family environment.

Rent & kitchen use

£650 pcm – bills included, with kitchen use. As we are a vegetarian household, we ask that only vegetarian food is cooked in the kitchen.
£550 pcm – bills included, with limited kitchen use for tea/coffee, fridge storage and reheating pre-cooked meals. Pre-cooked vegetarian or non-vegetarian food can be stored in the fridge and reheated, but no non-vegetarian cooking in the kitchen.

The room is offered as a lodger arrangement in our family home. We are looking for someone clean and respectful of a peaceful household.
