The house is extremely spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, and appliances.
I live upstairs and work from home, so I'm usually nearby if you need anything while fully respecting your privacy and personal space.
I'm looking for an honest, respectful person who would enjoy sharing a peaceful and friendly home. I'm very laid-back, provided everyone's privacy is respected, the house is kept tidy, and rent is paid on time.
The property features a large garden, which I take great pride in, so I kindly ask that all plants and outdoor spaces are treated with care. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy, and I value a positive and welcoming atmosphere at home.
The house is cleaned regularly by the landlady. Your bedroom is your personal space and should be kept clean by you. The bathroom is shared, so please ensure it is left clean and tidy after use.
