I have a large double room available to rent situated in a quiet area of Berryfields, one mile from Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station (1hr 5 minutes to Marylebone) with excellent road links to Bicester/Oxford/M40.

The desk can be either put in the wardrobe (as shown in the photo) to place a large tv on, or it can be put by the window as a desk/dressing table.

I am looking for a friendly and tidy person to rent my 2nd bedroom. I am laid back and lead a fairly quiet life and would love to find someone similar to rent the room. I work mostly from home and enjoy cooking, gardening, pilates and cycling.

The second bedroom is on the 1st floor with the main bathroom. My bedroom is on the 2nd floor with an en-suite, so we both get additional privacy as the bedrooms are on different floors.

I have a small, quiet and friendly elderly dog, so someone who loves dogs is important.
