I have a large double room available to rent situated in a quiet area of Berryfields near open countryside and one mile from Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station (1hr 5 minutes to Marylebone) with excellent road links to Bicester/Oxford/M40.
All three schools are within a 10 minute walk.

I am looking for a friendly and tidy person to rent my 2nd bedroom. I lead a fairly quiet life and would love to find someone similar to rent the room. I work mostly from home and enjoy cooking, being around animals, gardening, pilates and cycling.

The second bedroom is on the 1st floor with the main bathroom. My bedroom is on the 2nd floor with an en-suite, so we both get additional privacy as the bedrooms are on different floors.
