Hi there, I have one lovely double bedroom available for rent in my house from the 13th of June for £500. I have three lovely friendly dogs (Labrador who's 12 and two tiny dogs) plus housemates Tony and Martyn. There is a utility room, super fast WiFi, conservatory, large garden with patio plus newly refurbished shared bathroom with bath and shower. There are three toilets, one downstairs, the main shared bathroom and one ensuite bathroom which is mine. All bills are included. £500pcm plus £250 deposit. There is a main shared bathroom and the bedroom is fully furnished with two mirrored wardrobes and double bed, bedside tables and lamps plus one set of drawers.
