One Double Room Available To Rent

Hello,

I am currently looking to rent out a one double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom town house in Berryfields, Aylesbury.

The room that is available is situated on the first floor with a Kingsize bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room will share the main bathroom, with a bath and shower, with another male lodger who will be renting the other double room.

All bills are included in the monthly rent (Gas/electric/water/tv/council tax/Fibre Broadband).

In the Kitchen there is a oven/washing machine/tumble dryer/dishwasher and microwave with table and chairs. There is also the living room on the ground floor for everyone to use.

There are very good transport links with a bus stop nearby and Aylesbury Parkway Train Station is very close which goes to London Marylebone.

A Refundable advanced rent deposit upfront would secure the room but this will be given back at the end of the agreement if no damage or missed rent payments have occurred.
