Double room, Aylesbury Central, One Housemate

I have a lovely double room to let in my terraced house in a quiet, friendly, no-through road in central Aylesbury. It’s furnished with a double bed and mattress, a bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I have bedding/linen if you need it. All facilities are shared and there’s a separate fridge for you. I don’t have a TV/TV license. I’ve no objection to you having a TV in the room but you will have to arrange the license yourself.

There is resident’s parking in the road, costing £94 per annum. I’ve never known there not to be a space available. In the unusual event there weren’t, you’d still have the whole of Zone C to park in.

By car, the house is 8 minutes drive to Stoke Mandeville Hospital/Stadium and 7 to Rabans Lane Industrial Estate. If you’re car-free or prefer to walk, it’s 12 minutes to the railway station, 9 to the bus station/Waterside Theatre, 12 to Aquavale, 5 to the market square and 5 to Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s etc.

Although you'll only be sharing with me, my partner stays over one or two nights per week.

My last two housemates were very happy and each stayed for four years. If you’re like them, you’ll be trustworthy, honest and reliable.
