Beaconsfield Townhouse

BESIDE FILM SCHOOL. A quiet, medium double bedroom in a modern townhouse in the centre of Beaconsfield, with private space for home working and a large private garden once the weather improves. 5 minutes to Old Town, 10 minutes to station and new town, on foot. Extra rooms are for my older kids at boarding and uni, when home (only 50 days a year).

Important note... The price as shown assumes you are a student. Non-student candidates would be looking at a higher rate, by about 100 per month, owing to differences in council tax.

You do have access to a SECOND room and en suite when kids are away, and exclusive use of the family bathroom. Really, your own floor. THERE IS A FILM SCHOOL STUDENT FINISHING HER DEGREE WITH ME UNTIL MARCH '23, SO YOU WOULD TAKE THE LARGER ROOM UNTIL THEN. ALSO NO PARKING ON SITE UNTIL THEN, BUT THERE IS STREET PARKING NEARBY.

I keep a neat and tidy house, and work from home 1-2 days a week. While convivial, you won't see me during the day, as I have my own office. You have a choice of the TV room for home working, spare bedrooms, or the bright kitchen, included. I am well used to guests, having hosted au pairs for 15 years, and my first NFTS boarder is finishing after 2 good years together.

I am away 1 night per week, and my long term girlfriend stays over 1-2 times a week. I prefer female lodgers, and prefer students or otherwise guests with clear ideas how long they would stay. I AM NEGOTIABLE ON PRICE FOR IDEAL CANDIDATES.
