Comfortable double room with private en-suite shower room in a modern home, located less than a 1-minute walk from the National Film and Television School (NFTS) in Beaconsfield. Ideal for NFTS students, visiting lecturers, short-course attendees or professionals visiting the area.

The house is shared with two friendly professionals and is situated between Beaconsfield Old Town and New Town, with a great selection of restaurants, pubs and bars just 5–10 minutes walk away.

The room includes a double bed and Wi-Fi. A desk/workspace can be provided on request.

Guests have access to microwave, toaster and kettle, along with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Guests may also store food in the main fridge if needed. Please note that full kitchen use is not included.

All bills and Wi-Fi are included.

Parking: A space on the private driveway is available for £5/day.
