- Big semi-detached house in quite cul-de-sac (no through traffic).

- Large shared siiting room.

- Large shared dining room.

- Large shared garden.

- Two bathrooms/toilets.

- Double glazed windows.

- Use of all amenities, including internet, shower, cooking, washing machine etc.

- Off street parking available for smaller "City Bug" type cars, say about 3.5 metres long or less.

- Nearby (walking distance) pubs, shops, doctors, two parks (one with exercise equipment), local train station, church, and nearby parking.

- Prefer full-time day job (not working from home). I will also need an email from your current employer, from their official company web address, just to confirm your work status, before you move in.

- You'll be expected to be respectful to other people
in the house, clean and tidy, and to clean up after yourself.

- Also, no lighted candles in the house (or similar, like incense etc), no door banging and guests by arrangement only.

- Bills incl, except for using the telephone landline, and maybe for some extra heating bills during winter months, depending on usage.

- Minimum term 1 month, with 1 month notice, both ways.

- About me, laid back and easy going.
