Hi, my housemate of 7 years is leaving soon and I'm looking for someone to continue to share the house with. I'm male, 57 and work in MK.
The house comprises to the ground floor; an entrance hall with storage cupboard, a study/office room ideal for home worker, a kitchen fitted with white high gloss units supplied with dining table and chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas hob & electric oven, double doors to rear garden. The sitting room is provided with sofas and large flat screen TV and also has doors leading on to a paved patio and lawned rear garden. Two good sized double bedrooms available on first floor supplied with bedroom furniture. You can take a look at both and choose which you'd prefer. Note that the photos don't really do the rooms justice, they are quite spacious. I currently occupy one but won't mind moving into the other if you want it. The bathroom has a contemporary suite including `P` bath and shower. There's off road parking for car in enclosed carport which we can share.
The house is fully double glazed, has contemporary fittings and plenty of loft storage space so you won't need self-storage if you have a lot of belongings.
It's fully furnished with everything you'll need to move straight in.
