Beautiful bright double room in Victorian property

Bright, fully furnished double room with a queen sized bed available in a beautiful, well-maintained home in Bourne End (SL8), just a 7-minute walk to the train station and village.

I’m a live-in landlord who works from home a couple of days a week and keeps a calm, tidy and respectful household.

I’m looking for a professional female lodger for a short-term, flexible stay (approximately 1–2 months), as the property is currently on the market and may be needed back with notice. Depending on circumstances the room may be available for longer too. Also, the room may be let weekly if preferred, or Monday - Friday, all options considered.

The room includes access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living areas, and the home is shared with two friendly senior dogs, so being comfortable around pets is essential. This setup would suit someone who works mainly outside the home during weekdays and is happy with occasional viewings.

I am pescatarian/vegetarian - but if you eat everything that's fine too!
