Female owner is professional who works full time. Female lodger preferred.

Private double bedroom includes all bills. Excludes use of landline. Shared kitchen and shared bathroom. I have a beautiful house cat. Cat must not escape onto main road if home owner not around or fall out of windows. (This did happen once before). Shared kitchen/bathroom. References taken. Would prefer Monday to Friday but will consider full time if you tell me your circumstances. Female preferred. Rent would be reduced if Monday to Friday. Deposit will be required. Council Tax band B. Female preferred as owner female and house is a two bedroom one bathroom property. Council tax costs will be amended if not exempt ie not a student. Please love kitty cats or don’t apply as he loves the spare room as it is the sunniest!
