Deposit:
Deposit = 1 months rent... (No Deposit, No Room!)
Minimum & Maximum stay 4 months, with 4 weeks Notice of departure or termination either way!
At the end of your tenancy your deposit will be returned after 4 weeks, in case issues arise regarding damage, lost keys, rubbish removal etc.. If there are breakages or damage or these will be deducted from the deposit. (Key replacement: £100) Deep cleaning of the rented room, if the room is not left in a serviceable condition!
Rent: Payable on 1st of each month! No Exceptions! (Other payment times are not accepted!)
Notice: 4 weeks (28 days), from last day of previous month!
