Description
Hi, this room is ideal for someone who commutes to work in the week and has their own home to go to at the weekend. I live alone during the week and my son stays with me at weekends. I am renting out my son’s bedroom. The room will be available to you from 3pm on a Monday afternoon until 11am on a Friday morning. This is available for one person, no couples.
You will have a room with a double bed which will be stripped and cleaned and private use of a bathroom with bath and shower which again will be cleaned before your arrival (my son uses both of these at the weekends). I can provide clean towels and bed sheets if needed. You will have your own Smart Tv in the room for you to watch. Also a WiFi connection is in the room too .
I have a partner, she normally stays with me once or twice a week, On occasions I’ll stay at hers too.
It is Ideal for someone who is clean and tidy and commutes into work or place of study and goes home to see the family at weekends. I have previously had a HS2 worker rent the room and this worked well for both of us.
Parking is available on a first come first served basis in two visitors spaces. Alternatively, you can park outside on the road, without any parking restrictions. Never had any issues.
I’m located to the east side of High Wycombe in a modern ground floor apartment. The property offers gas central heating, generously sized living accommodation & large modern contemporary dining/kitchen area.
The property provides access to local shops with a bus stop just outside. 10 to 15 mins and you are in high Wycombe Town centre (bus 32), then you have a mainline train station that goes straight into Central London from there. Also including a, theatre, library, numerous restaurants and the Eden shopping and leisure precinct being found nearby. Also just down the road from me is high wycombe retail park. Also a lidl and Aldi just 2 minutes drive away.
