I’m a working professional offering a bright, furnished double room in my three-bedroom home in West Wycombe.

The house is quiet, clean and relaxed, and would suit another working professional looking for a comfortable place to live on a medium- to long-term basis.

The room is furnished and includes good storage. You’ll also have normal use of the shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The house is in HP12 4AH, with regular bus links into High Wycombe. The location is particularly convenient for someone with a car, and on-street parking is available nearby.

I’m looking for one person only, ideally someone working, clean, respectful and fairly independent. This is a calm household, so it would suit someone who values their own space and a relaxed home environment.
