Two rooms in beautiful detached house

Two lovely double bedrooms available in a well-presented detached house, situated in a quiet no-through road just a 20-minute walk from the town centre.

The house offers a calm and comfortable environment, with a shared kitchen fully equipped with all essentials, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom will be shared with one other tenant.

I am a live-in landlord, and the household is relaxed and respectful. There will be just one other lodger in addition to myself. My primary school-aged children stay with me occasionally, which creates a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere at times.

Both rooms have built in wardrobes with shelving, plus plenty of other storage space available.

I am looking for two tenants who would feel comfortable in a home environment with my young children present from time to time. Note that, for personal reasons, as my children will be frequently present, my wife has requested female preferred.

This would suit someone who is clean, considerate, and happy to share a peaceful home.
