The Room & Property:
The bedroom measures a generous 10.8ft x 9.9ft (approx. 10m²). Please note: The room is currently unfurnished in the photos, but it will be fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers before your move-in date.
You will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and a communal living area. Note: A brand new living room sofa is being delivered and installed in just a couple of days!
About the Household, Style & Pets:
I am a clean, respectful, full-time working professional and the live-in landlord. The maisonette has a distinct gothic style and decor, making this a brilliant, welcoming space if you love alternative culture or aesthetics!
You must be completely animal-friendly, as I share my home with an amazing mini-zoo consisting of two kittens, three snakes, and a hamster. Because of this, I am very happy to accept a lodger who wants to bring their own pet along.
Smokers are welcome, but smoking is strictly permitted outside the property only (absolutely no smoking inside).
There is no allocated parking but there is plenty of street parking out front always available.
The Location:
Situated on the popular east side of High Wycombe, the property boasts fantastic transport links. It provides immediate access to the A40, M40, and local bus routes. High Wycombe town centre and the mainline train station are just a short distance away—perfect for local professionals or commuters.
Rent & Living Arrangements:
Rent is £625 per month. This is fully inclusive of all household bills: Council Tax, Unlimited Broadband, Gas, water and Electricity.
