A lovely fully furnished double room is available in a relaxed and welcoming home in Sands, close to West Wycombe and beautiful surrounding countryside. I’m looking for a professional woman who wants somewhere that genuinely feels like a home away from home, rather than simply a room in a shared house.

I’m a professional working in the creative industry, and the house has a friendly, easy-going and respectful atmosphere. I’m looking for someone considerate, tidy and independent who enjoys having their own space while also appreciating a warm and comfortable home.

The bedroom is a good-sized double (2.85m x 3.5m), fully furnished, with stunning views across the countryside.

One of the real bonuses is that you’ll also have use of a separate living room, away from my own living space. This gives you much more privacy and space to relax than you’d usually find in a house share.

The location offers a great balance of peace and convenience. We’re within walking distance of Sands and Cressex Industrial Estates and Cressex Centre Retail Park, while High Wycombe town centre is approximately 1.4 miles away as the crow flies. There’s a regular bus service every 7–10 minutes, and the town centre is around a 10-minute drive.

Despite being so close to town, it’s wonderfully quiet here. The house sits right on the edge of the countryside, with fantastic walks literally on the doorstep — ideal if you enjoy getting outside after work or at weekends.

There’s also excellent access to the M40 and the main routes in and out of High Wycombe, making it a convenient base whether you work locally or commute further afield.
