Ideal place for working professionals

We have 2 double rooms with their own en-suite for private use to let. The homey property is located on the High Street in Iver Village with easy access to all essential amenities, including supermarket, pharmacy, take-away restaurants, Costa Coffee, dry cleaning service and many more... We are close to Pinewood Studio (8 mins drive) and Heathrow Airport (around 20 mins to all terminals), and also only 2 minutes drive (17 mins walking) away from Iver station for Elizabeth Line into London, 5 mins to Langley station and 10 mins to Uxbridge tube station (Metropolitan & Piccadilly Lines).

There are spacious kitchen, dining and lounge areas for sharing. Kitchen is equipped with all white appliances, two washing machines and a dryer in the basement. We also have secure off-street parking (one parking space per room) and a large garden space to use.

All rooms are only allowed single occupancy. The prices include all bills, council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband, tv licence etc...

We are looking for working professionals who respect and look after their living spaces, and most importantly be respectful and considerate to others and the property. You are expected to keep tidy of all sharing spaces (kitchen, dining, lounge and utility areas) as well as the cleanness of your own rooms.
