Double room to rent in my flat in Little Chalfont (although address is Amersham!). Just for one person, not enough room for couples.

Short walk (just under 10 minutes) to shops in Little Chalfont and Chalfont and Latimer station (35/40 mins into Baker St by tube and Chiltern Railways into Marylebone is 30mins). If you drive it's close to M25, easy to get to M40/M4, short drive to Amersham.

Room is fully furnished and there is lots of storage space available in the room and space in the kitchen and bathroom too.

Private garden with the flat, not used by any of the other flats in the row.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Sharing with me, a live in landlord. I work in theatre which sometimes means I work odd hours, so happy to socialise or give you as much privacy as you want.

No specific parking space but plenty of room on the street to park near the house.

Room is available immediately.

The room is £650 per month including bills (subject to reasonable use of the amenities and utilities).
