£120 per week, Monday to Friday preferred, all bills included. Deposit £480. Shared bathroom with one other person.
Best suited to a professional working about 9–5. The weekday room works especially well as a quiet midweek base. Ideal for a professional woman looking for that.

Bills included: gas, electricity, water, council tax and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The house is modern, clean and quietly run. Verisure Smart Alarm, monitored 24/7. Shared kitchen with your own storage. One very calm indoor cat.
How we keep it comfortable
We live quite quietly in the evenings, which is what makes the house work.
Cooking is usually finished by 8pm; warming something up or a cold meal is fine until 9pm. On weekdays we try to keep showers before 10pm (11pm at weekends). After 10.30pm we keep talking, TV and music low.
Overnight guests are welcome now and then — about twice a month, one night at a time — if we know in advance.
This is a fragrance-free home because of allergies. We use unscented or zero-fragrance toiletries, washing powder and cleaning products, and we don’t use sprays, strong scents or candles.
