Annex with ensuite & own livingroom & garden

The Annex with its own livingroom & ensuite bedroom so is more like a small bungalow fully furnished to a high standard, has a small attic for storage of suitcases etc & its own back garden with it own entry accessed by patio doors from the livingroom, all bills are included with full fiber internet.
Ensuite has a shower sink & toilet in silver grey, following through to the bedroom which has a double ottaman bed with bedside cabinets & built in wardrobes.
Livingroom has a recliner 2 person italian leather sofa, tv unit & a fridge freezer.
Our tenant has been there for the past 5 years but is sadly moving to a different county up north so the annex will be available from end of this month.
The annex is quite seperate from the main house and feels quite secluded with its own garden from the rest of the house which is great in the summer months, it"s 5mins from the city centre and train station, close to Linford wood and in a quiet area with plenty of parking, new tenants are really surprised at how quiet the area & house is.
We are looking for someone who wants to rent long term and likes a quiet home with a family home feel.
The luxury kitchen is shared but newly installed with high end appliances, 2x Miele ovens, a dish washer and induction hob.
There are 2 washing machines and a drying room with dryer and dehumidfier.
The house is friendly & homely with lots of extras like filtered tap water, fresh air filter system keeping the house free of pollens & stale air & mould, the whole annex has had new flooring & windows recently installed.
The annex is ideally located for easy access to CMK and is next to a wood and area is very peaceful.
We do accept couples but it is £100 extra per month for 2 people.
We will require a deposit & refs.
Although we still live at the house we work as campsite wardens so are not there in the summer & travel in the winter.
