Beautiful house ..all tenants very happy! 3 Friendly sociable, considerate & professional housemates.

This is a small room with a Double TV Ottoman bed ...ie TV pops up remotely from bottom of bed and full bed storage space under mattress. Netflix and Amazon included. We have plenty of spare bedding and towels to borrow if you don't want to invest in your own.

Built in deep wardrobe with chest of drawers & linen basket. Bedside table with drawers and bedside light.

Extra storage available in garage and under stairs for up to 2 suitcases / boxes of belongings and a push bike or golf clubs.

You have a state of the art remote controlled ceiling fan with light to keep you cool on hot nights.

Your own private bathroom with bath & shower. *Yes private.. noone but you will use it**

There is a study with a desk which you can use. But for exclusive use of the desk that will be an additional £50 per month.

Secure Underground parking.

House has 3 double bedrooms with own bathrooms but this is the smallest ..not suitable for a couple only a single person.

We have 2 cats. ...so you must be a cat lover and we will need you to feed them when we are away.

Lounge with large corner sofa and TV is hardly used ..so plenty of space for you to relax.

Open plan kitchen diner ...dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, oven hob, 2 fridge freezers, Lavazza coffee machine, Airfryer, oven, hob etc

Garden with comfortable chairs and table & bbq.

If you don't like cleaning, changing your bed, washing & ironing you can pay £50 extra a month and I will do that too! ...or you will take your fair share of household cleaning with the rest of us. We share the household chores equally and we like a clean tidy house.

We will have viewings and David and I will decide between interested applicants.. after viewing if you decide this is the home you want.

Once confirmed a simple agreement will be signed ...deposit and Feb rent paid then you can move in.

If you move out before 3 months you must pay an additional £150 for the hassle of having to find a new lodger.

If you move out before 6 months ..you must pay for the locks to be changed...this is for House security.
