Large double room. Only landlord living in home

Hi,

I have a large double room to rent in my family home. My children have all fled the nest and are living independently.

The home is 5-minute walk from Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and close to all transport amenities.

Please be aware, i have very placid house cats so if you do not like animals, that would be a problem.

I am only looking to rent one room in my home so it will just be me and my tenant. I would prefer a female lodger just simply due to an undesirable experience with a previous male lodger.

The home is well equipped with a large kitchen and bathroom with a separate shower and bath. If you are planning on a long term, please let me know as i may be able to negotiate on price and i will also allow you to decorate the room if you intend to stay for a long period.
