The room has been freshly renovated and comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chests of drawers. Parking space is not available.

We are seeking a professional individual with a full-time job, who is very quiet and clean. No smokers or couples, please. An upfront deposit is required.

Rent is £600 per month, inclusive of bills (electricity, gas, and high-speed broadband).
