THE HOUSE
A 3-bedroom house with at most three of us living here: me, whoever takes this room, and one other lodger in the second room. For now it's just me. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. Off-road parking on the driveway. I live here too, and the house is kept clean, tidy and calm, so it's a pleasant place to come home to.

ABOUT ME
I lived in this house as a lodger before I bought it, so I know what makes shared living work and what doesn't. Because I live here, repairs get done quickly, the shared spaces stay clean, and you deal with a person rather than an agency. I work from home most days, so the house is quiet during the day and there's usually someone in for deliveries. I'm up early and quiet in the evenings, and I respect your privacy. Your room is your own space.

WHO IT WOULD SUIT
A tidy, considerate working professional or postgraduate looking for a quiet place to come home to. Non-smokers only, no pets.

LOCATION
Furzton, near Furzton Lake and the redways, with buses to Central Milton Keynes and the train station, where fast trains reach London Euston in about 35 minutes. There is a local Tesco 5 minutes walking distance.

TERMS
Monthly agreement with one month's notice on either side. Deposit £630, plus the first month's rent in advance. References and ID required. Minimum stay 6 months.
