I'm currently offering for rent; one full furnished Double Ensuite room in a really smart modern house in Ashland Milton Keynes.
The double ensuite is large with plenty of storage, it comes with a desk for working from home and has views of the garden. The bathroom is clean with a newly tiled shower (<1 year old)
If you want a comfortable place with quality furniture, good people and most importantly zero hassle, then you've found the right place. We also have a gym in the garage if you're into weights.
The house is kept clean, tidy, we have a weekly cleaner, fastest internet available, comfy sitting room with TV, netflix, apple , Amazon etc and all the house extras are covered as part of the cost.
As part of the rent I buy and cover everything so you don't have to.
Included in the rent cost, the house comes with quality products for everyone to use. These include; cleaning products, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, hand soap, washing powder, fabric softener, foil, cling-film, salt, pepper, oil etc... pretty much everything else that you'd share in a home, I will buy so you don't have to.
We live here with respectful friendly professionals. The house is large with high ceilings and feels really spacious. It's been kitted out as a home not a cheap rental property so that means quality furniture, electronics, all the mod cons and cooking equipment. We're a friendly, clean, down to earth bunch who are happy socialising on occasion but have no problem with those who need their own space. We're looking for a like minded professional who's friendly and respectful.

A massive 24ft kitchen with, Washing Machine, Oven, Grill, Gas Hob, Microwave, toaster, panini maker, smoothy maker all available for use. I have kitted the kitchen out with Tefal pans and other excellent cooking utensils. It's a brilliant place to cook.
