Clean Double Room to rent in large detached house in Kents Hill, available immediately. Household gives a sense of a real home not a crowded rental.

The lodger will have use of the W/C bathroom / kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped. I am a live in Landlord so there are no other flatmates in the property besides me.

The house has been completely renovated with all new fittings and furnishings, a drive that can fit 4 cars and a large orangery extension.

Monday to Friday lets preferred but I will accept a 7 day let.
The rent is £750pcm inclusive of all bills and Wi-Fi.
Rent is payable in advance, with a £750 deposit.

The house will be shared with me. As your room will be downstairs you will have no disturbance.

This is a friendly household and would ideally suit a professional or student.

The room is available furnished. Close to Kingston Shopping Centre, Tesco and The Open University & M1 Motorway (J13). Also 5 mins drive to Milton Keynes Central Station by car, with direct links to London Euston 30 mins away.

Local bus routes to CMK within walking distance from the house, and the Centre MK is within a 5 minute drive. Situated within walking distance of local shops and fuel, close to a selection of friendly pubs/restaurants all approximately 5/10 minutes away.
