Great house share - lovely house, and housemates

A spacious open-plan house with garden and all facilities. There are five rooms with plenty of living space both communal or private. As the rooms are large it is possible to have private space as well as space to socialise. People have different schedules so it is usual to find cooking, eating, washing-up or unwinding taking place simultaneously in the kitchen.
The house has accessible off-road parking for up to six cars. Currently there are five cars in the household and the garage is used to store bikes as well as washing machine.
It is well situated three minutes walk from Willen local centre with a mini Sainsburys, a pub, a pharmacy and health centre. Also three minutes drive from J14 on the M1. The Cranfield bus stops nearby (6 mins). We are a short walk from Willen lake and approximately two miles to central Milton Keynes.
The agreement is a rolling one month contract with one month's notice on either side.

Oh and we have a cat - Don or more usually called "Lovely Cat"

It is most important that you fit in with the relaxed quiet sociable household. We typically watch a movie together at weekends, during the summer it has been main sporting events and on occasion, typically once a month (or more dependant on who lives here at the time) we eat together. There is a table tennis in the garden.

People tend to stay for about 6 months although frequently for 2 years and also many just transitioning for a few months. We are currently in a state of flux with only one person remaining who has been here since last summer.

Working from home in the winter is discouraged because of heating and ventilation requirements.
