Lovely Modern Terraced House with Room Available

I'm 31 years old , very friendly, welcoming, enjoy socialising. I own a 3 bed terraced house in Newport Pagnell, I bought it as a new-build 6 years ago and it still has that new-build feel, very modern, clean, lovely big garden. I live here on my own, but am looking to rent out the spare room. It's fully furnished, fairly large, plenty of storage. It's got a private bathroom (albeit not an en suite).

For the person moving in, I'm looking for someone respectful and considerate, friendly, clean and tidy, who doesn't mind having a bit of a laugh and a joke :).
