Lovely Modern Terraced House with Room Available

I'm 32 years old , very friendly, welcoming, enjoy socialising. I have a 3 bed terraced house in Newport Pagnell, I bought it as a new-build 8 years ago and it still does has that "new-build" feel to it, very modern, clean, lovely big garden. I have been renting out the spare room for the last two years, and my current tenant is due to move out on 1st March. The spare room is fully furnished, fairly large, plenty of storage. It's got a private bathroom.

For the person moving in, I'm looking for someone respectful and considerate, friendly, clean and tidy, who doesn't mind having a bit of a laugh and a joke :).
