You would be sharing with a friendly, considerate mature female homeowner and a lovely dog and cat, so a love of animals is essential. The home is clean, tidy and peaceful, and would best suit a mature, professional female who is similarly considerate and tidy.
This is a relaxed home rather than a party house, so it would suit someone who does not wish to entertain groups of friends at the property. A non-smoker is required. My last renter was with me for many years only moving out when she could afford her own flat.
There is no external electricity hookup for an electric car. Please discuss options and costs if you need this.
