Quiet, double room, Prestwood

Comfortable furnished room available in a quiet, friendly home. This would suit someone who works locally during the week and returns to their main home at weekends, such as a commuter or someone with a regular Monday–Friday working pattern. I used to have an HS2 worker staying with me which worked out really well.

The room is intended for weekday use, with occasional weekend stays by prior arrangement if needed, rather than as a full-time residence. I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful home environment, is clean, considerate and fairly independent.

Shared facilities are available, but this isn't a house-share with lots of communal living, so it would suit someone who is happy to enjoy their own space and treat the property as a comfortable weekday base.

I'm also happy to put a small fridge and kettle in the room if that would be useful, so you could have a few bits in there and make it a really convenient setup for yourself. Of course, the kitchen would still be there if you wanted to use it.
I just wanted to be upfront about the sort of arrangement I'm looking for, as I think it's important that it works well for both of us. 🙂
