Comfortable furnished room available in a quiet, friendly home. This would suit someone who works locally during the week and returns to their main home at weekends, such as a commuter or someone with a regular Monday–Friday working pattern.

The room is intended for weekday use, with occasional weekend stays by prior arrangement if needed, rather than as a full-time residence. I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful home environment, is clean, considerate and fairly independent.
