Furnished double room available including fitted wardrobe and large chest of drawers (plus two side tables) in a top floor 3 bed flat available.

The bed is very comfortable with an amazing mattress.

All bills are included.

The property is located on the second (top) floor (no lift i'm afraid) of a well maintained and very desirable complex in the MK5 Medbourne area of Milton Keynes.

Parking available.

It's well decorated and has all mod cons including FTTP synchronous 2.3gb fibre connection.

The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle and will be for the sole use of my flatmates (my bedroom has an en-suite), so while not strictly speaking an en-suite, it will be for your use.

The kitchen's very well appointed with a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Also a large fridge freezer.

A huge lounge/living room area opposite the open plan kitchen is for the use of all flatmates.

i am in no particular rush to share space (i'm sociable but am also very clean and tidy), therefore i'll be taking my time and finding someone i can really get along with.

i can to be travelling/working away therefore being able to Trust (intentionally capitalised for dramatic effect) that my potential housemate is honest and decent is paramount and of the utmost importance.
