I'm looking for a lodger to share a lovely, spacious 3-bedroom house in a quiet area of Wavendon, Milton Keynes.

It's a big house for just two people, so there's plenty of space to enjoy without feeling like you're constantly on top of each other!

Spacious shared lounge and separate dining room.

Large, fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room.

Shared bathroom with both a separate shower and bath.

Huge rear garden with a patio and approximately 60 metres of lawn!

Off-street parking for multiple cars.

Quiet residential location in Wavendon.

Just two people sharing the entire house, with the third bedroom used as my home office.

👋 A Bit About Me

I'm 30, work from home running my own business and have recently relocated back to Milton Keynes after five years living in the North East.

I'm pretty laid-back at home. I enjoy gaming, watching questionable TV, football and the occasional drink. I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat, share a takeaway or watch something together, but equally enjoy my own space and completely respect other people's privacy.

I'm not someone who hosts big parties or has people coming and going constantly, so it's generally a relaxed, quiet household.

🐶 Meet Kobe!

I also have a six-year-old dog called Kobe. He's a big lad (Cane Corso/Chow Chow cross), but an absolute joy to have around.

You'll need to be comfortable living with a large dog, as he's very much part of the household!

I'm also open to someone bringing their own dog, provided we can arrange for them to meet first and make sure they get along.

🔑 Who I'm Looking For

Ideally, someone friendly, respectful, clean and easy to get along with.

I'd love to find someone who's happy being sociable in the shared spaces, whether that's having a chat in the kitchen or watching TV together, but who equally values their independence and personal space.

This isn't a party house, but it's certainly not somewhere you need to hide away in your bedroom either. I'd like it to feel like a home for both of us.
