Room will be ready in a month or so. I live right by the station and very close to the high street. There is ample parking and I'm currently doing the house up, all new flooring etc. The room has a chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV with sky. I live alone with my elderly cat and a shi tzu and I'm looking for a female only for safety reasons and feeling comfortable. Student or professionals are fine. There is ample parking around the back of the property. All facilities will be shared, everything in the kitchen etc.. I am looking for someone that shares my sleep patterns so this wouldn’t suit a person who comes in past 10pm on a regular basis.
